作者对严重广泛挫裂伤肾行肠线网套套囊法修补10例,年龄18～61岁,平均39.2岁,男4例,女4例。并对其术后血压、血色素、红细胞计数、伤肾大小及肾功能进行检查随访。随访时间7～36个月。通过患者性别、年龄、手术时间、损伤程度、术后时间等因素对术后伤肾功能及大小等指标的相关性研究,发现肠线网套修补严重广泛挫裂伤肾,不仅能做到立即止血,明显降低外伤肾的切除率,而且对修补肾的功能及全身血压、血色素、红细胞计数无明显影响。
