中国历史上是否存在民主财政,不应该以现代民主的概念加以套用。文章通过对古代的财政制度加以梳理,得出民主财政在中国具有悠久历史传统的结论。我们当前的民主财政建设需要以史为鉴,使之更加符合中国国情。
Whether democracy exists in Chinese history should not be applied in the concept of modern democracy. By combing the ancient fiscal system, the article draws a conclusion that democratic finance has a long history in China. Our current construction of democracy and finance needs lessons from history to make it more in line with China’s national conditions.
