处于经济转型时期的乌克兰社会保障明显不足,应对风险的机制种类很少,为小额保险的应用和推广提供了可能性。由于人们不太信任保险公司,缺乏购买欲望,推广小额保险还有一定难度。为推动小额保险发展,乌克兰保险公司除了进行产品的革新和推广外,还根据低收入家庭的收入状况、购买意愿等,把全国的小额保险市场划分为三个区域,并根据每个区域的不同特点,采取不同的市场开发策略。这一思路对我国下一步发展农村小额保险,具有一定的借鉴意义。
In the period of economic transition, the social security in Ukraine is apparently deficient and there are only a few types of mechanisms to deal with the risks, which offers the possibility of application and promotion of micro-insurance. Because people do not trust the insurance company, the lack of desire to buy, there is a certain degree of difficulty in promoting micro-insurance. In order to promote the development of small-sum insurance, apart from product innovation and promotion, the insurance companies in Ukraine divide the national micro-insurance market into three regions based on the income status of their low-income families and their willingness to buy. According to each region Different characteristics, take a different market development strategy. This idea of our country the next step in the development of rural micro-insurance, has some reference.
