针对西藏农药安全使用中存在的农药产品标签和标示不规范、农药经营者推荐不对路农药和农药使用不科学等问题,提出了严格农药市场管理,加强农药使用监管,加强农药安全使用知识的宣传普及,实施有害生物综合治理工程急需完善和发展各级农技推广体系等对策,对有效地控制当地农作物有害生物为害、保障农业安全生产和保护环境、生态及人民安全具有重要意义。
