当前,我国经济正在进入增长动力切换、经济结构调整和发展方式转变的新常态,多种挑战、风险和机遇并存。消费、投资、出口三大需求的平衡协调增长是实现稳增长和结构优化的重要条件。消费继续发挥基础作用。中央明确提出要增加居民收入、健全社保体系、改善消费环境等,让城乡居民能消费、敢消费、愿消费。在正确的消费政策引导下,消费潜力将进一步释放,促进消费继续在推动经济发展中发挥基础作用。
At present, the economy of our country is entering a new normal of dynamic switch of growth, restructuring of economic structure and transformation of development mode, and various challenges, risks and opportunities coexist. The balanced and coordinated growth of the three major needs of consumption, investment and exports is an important condition for achieving steady growth and structural optimization. Consumption continues to play a fundamental role. The central government explicitly proposed to increase residents’ income, improve the social security system, and improve the consumption environment so that urban and rural residents can consume, dare to consume and are willing to spend.
