目的了解中学生MP3/MP4使用及对听力影响的情况,探讨防治策略。方法用分层随机整群抽样法对西安市1 567名中学生行问卷调查,耳科查体及听力学检查,数据用SPSS15.0统计软件处理。结果 (1)MP3/MP4在中学生中的持有率达到85.2%。每天平均使用时间(1.41±1.11)h。(2)接触噪声组的纯音听阈与对照组相比明显升高(P<0.01),且随着MP3/MP4使用时间的延长,听力受损的检出率增高。(3)自觉症状检出率随着MP3/MP4使用时间的延长而增高。结论 MP3/MP4可以对中学生的听力造成危害,并可伴发神经衰弱综合征。
Objective To understand the use of middle school students MP3 / MP4 and the impact on hearing, to explore prevention and control strategies. Methods A stratified random cluster sampling method was used to survey 1 567 middle school students in Xi’an City. The otology examination and audiology examination were performed. The data were processed by SPSS15.0 statistical software. Results (1) MP3 / MP4 holds 85.2% among middle school students. The average daily usage time (1.41 ± 1.11) h. (2) The pure tone threshold of the contact noise group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), and the detection rate of hearing impairment increased with the extension of MP3 / MP4 usage time. (3) The detection rate of symptoms increased with the extension of MP3 / MP4 usage time. Conclusion MP3 / MP4 can endanger the hearing of middle school students, and may be associated with neurasthenia syndrome.
