目的观察鼻泪管逆植球头硅胶管术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法慢性泪囊炎40例(50只眼)应用逆植球头硅胶管术治疗,对手术疗效进行分析。结果术后随访6～12个月,50只眼中有效38只眼,泪道冲洗通畅无分泌物,5只眼冲洗欠通畅无分泌物,总有效率86%。结论逆植球头硅胶管术治疗慢性泪囊炎具有操作简便、不切皮肤、不损伤组织结构等优点,临床疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of nasolacrimal duct reverse ballotomy silicone tube in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Forty cases (50 eyes) of chronic dacryocystitis were treated by retrograde balloon-head silicone tube, and the curative effect was analyzed. Results The patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months and 38 eyes were effective in 50 eyes. There was no discharge in lacrimal duct and no discharge in 5 eyes. The total effective rate was 86%. Conclusion The retrograde balloon silicone tube for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis has the advantages of simple operation, not cutting the skin, not damaging the tissue structure and so on. The clinical curative effect is exact.
