当前,我国社会正处于前所未有的转型期,许多政策与法律制度都在探索之中,少年刑事审判的理念也面临着更新的挑战。一些针对少年审判的模糊理念,从一定层面影响了少年法庭组织体系的合法构建。影响了少年法庭队伍的稳定,也影响了少年法庭工作的健康发展。
At present, our country is in an unprecedented period of transition. Many policies and legal systems are under exploration. The concept of juvenile criminal trial is also facing new challenges. Some obscure concepts aimed at juvenile trials have affected the legal construction of juvenile court system to a certain extent. Affected the stability of the juvenile court team and also affected the healthy development of juvenile court work.
