通过分析提高大包线运输组织能力的必要性,阐述了挖掘非正常情况下运输潜力,对确保完成运输增量任务具有重要的现实意义。结合大包线运输能力现状,非正常情况占用运输能力状况,针对专业管理不到位、现场作业受控有待提高、设备维修养护有待加强等问题,提出有关对策与措施,通过有效实施取得了良好的效果。
By analyzing the necessity of improving the capacity of big pack transport organization, the paper expounds that it is of great practical significance to excavate the transportation potential under abnormal conditions and to ensure the completion of transport incremental tasks. Combining with the status quo of the transportation capacity of big bag line, the situation of non-normal occupation of transportation capacity, the problems of professional management not yet in place, the controlled operation of on-site operations to be improved and the equipment maintenance and curing needs to be strengthened, some countermeasures and measures are put forward, and good effect.
