全国药品监督管理工作会议于1989年12月24～26日在京召开。陈敏章部长、何界生副部长分别在会议开幕式和闭幕会上作了重要讲话,药政局局长潘学田同志主持了会议。 陈部长在讲话中指出,这次会议的中心议题就是用中央精神来指导,分析当前药品监督管理工作的形势,总结执法以来药品监督管理的经验,研究明年工作计划和部署,核心是治理整顿、深化改革。 陈部长对几年来各级药品监督管理部门的工作给予了充分肯定。通过实施《药品管理法》,不断完善了法规体系和组织体系、改革新药审批、加强药品标准工作、严格特殊药品管理、推行GMP、开展抽验、推进合理用药和药品不良反应监测,使药品监督管理机制不断完善,日臻科学
The National Conference on Drug Control and Supervision was held in Beijing from December 24 to December 26, 1989.
