为了对单个粉末的组织结构和性能进行研究,用室温电镀镍制备了包含超声气体雾化快速凝固 Al-Fe-V-Si-Zr-Ti合金粉末的镀片试样。该镀片中粉末和镍基体之间结合良好,镜片可以用来制备普通金相样品、透射电镜观察样品,实现对粉末的热处理,测定单个粉末快速凝固及热处理后的硬度。
In order to study the microstructure and properties of a single powder, a plate specimen containing rapidly solidified Al-Fe-V-Si-Zr-Ti alloy powder by ultrasonic gas atomization was prepared by electroplating nickel at room temperature. The bonding between the powder and the nickel substrate is good. The lens can be used for preparing the ordinary metallographic sample and the transmission electron microscope for the sample to realize the heat treatment of the powder, and the hardness of the single powder after being rapidly solidified and heat treated.
