在工业炉窑节能工作中,“热平衡”是重要的基础工作。首先对炉窑的各能量(主要是热量)收入与支出项目进行测定,再基于能量守恒定律通过计算列出热平衡表,使热量收支各项之和相等。这样一方面便于对各项热量的使用合理性进行分析研究;另一方面也为计算热能利用技术指标提供数据。
