目的 了解环胞素A(CSA)联合用药与雄激素 +皮质激素治疗再障的疗效对比。方法 CSA组应用CSA +康力龙 +泼尼松 ,对照组应用康力龙 +泼尼松 ,治疗前后行血象、骨髓像检查 ,治疗结果进行统计学处理。结果 CSA组总有效率 5 4.5 % ,对照组 2 9.1%。重型再障中CSA组有效率 6 6 .7% ,对照组 30 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;慢性再障中CSA组有效率 40 % ,对照组 2 8.6 % (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 CSA不失为治疗再障的有效药物之一。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of combination of cyclosporine A (CSA) and androgen + corticosteroid in the treatment of aplastic anemia. Methods CSA + CSL + prednisone was applied in CSA group, while the control group was treated with CSL + prednisone. The blood and bone marrow biopsy were performed before and after treatment. The treatment results were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 54.5% in CSA group and 9.1% in control group. In CSA group, the effective rate was 67.6% in CSA group, 30% in control group (P <0.05), 40% in CSA group and 8.6% in control group (P> 0.05) ). Conclusion CSA is one of the effective drugs for the treatment of aplastic anemia.
