2008年11月,第八届公司法律论坛在华东政法大学隆重召开。自2001年第一届论坛成功开办以来,期间曾邀请国内外诸多法学名家针对年度公司法领域内出现的热点、难点问题进行了深入的探讨与研究,积极促进并指导现实问题的解决,受到校内外广泛的赞誉和支持。本届论坛更有幸邀请到了清华大学朱慈蕴教授、施天涛教授,暨南大学朱羿锟教授以及西南政法大学李燕副教授。四位教授对公司法研究造诣颇深,有深厚的法学功底,在公司法各个领域都取得了瞩目成就。
In November 2008, the Eighth Company Law Forum was held at East China University of Politics and Law.
