第一代社会主义新方志出版以来,全国各级地方志办公室结合各地的实际情况,采取多种形式开展用志活动,取得了一定的成效,较好地发挥了志书的作用.这是应该充分予以肯定的.但是,在目前如何加大用志力度,进一步巩固地方志事业的地位,则是各级修志机构必须认真对待的问题.这就要求我们进一步探索扩大用志的途径和办法.为此,本文根据以往的经验加以设想,提出几点做法,并期望在实践中加以完善.
