在县级卫生单位中最感前途莫测的是县卫校。实际上县卫校的工作属主动服务型,任务的内涵和外延都很大,是大有可为的。县卫校如何发展,可从五个“多”字考虑和探索:(1)实行多复式培训,贯彻终身教育的方针;(2)实行多方位培训,贯彻全员培训的方针;(3)实行多形式办学,拓展农村医学教育新渠道;(4)实行多种经营,以教为主,以副助教,以副促教;(5)实行多向联合,吸收和参与各种社会集团开发各类事业。县卫校必须凭借自己的努力,办成象电子表那样多功能的农村教育基地,在农村卫生事业中争得一席之地。
