近年来,笔者发现市场上售卖的保健品中多了一种葡萄籽系列。据说,葡萄籽抗癌效果极佳,且还能降血脂、降胆固醇、美容抗衰老,因此受到大家的热捧。对此,医学专家表示,虽有实验证明葡萄籽在体外能抑制癌细胞生长,但这并不代表吃了能抗癌。目前这项研究还不充分,建议读者慎吃。
