目前,国家储备物资管理工作仍然十分落后。直接影响物资的库内温度、湿度等物理量还主要依靠管理人员亲临现场观测记录。这对于分散面比较大的山区洞库,如遇到恶劣的天气,困难是相当大的。更为严重的是当库内绝对湿度较小而库外较大的情况下,工作人员的出入将水汽带入库房直接影响仓库的密封性,有时甚至因此而不能测量。为了促进物管工作的现代化,我们研制出这套库房环境遥测系统。经试验证明,它已基本上满足一般储备仓库的要求,工作稳定可靠,测量精度较高(温度测量可达±0.2℃,相对湿度误差小于4%)。

This is more difficult for decentralized mountain caves, in case of bad weather, the difficulties are quite large. Even more serious is that when the absolute humidity in the library is small and large outside the case, the staff of the water vapor into the warehouse will directly affect the warehouse seal, and sometimes can not be measured. In order to promote the work of the property management of the modernization, we developed a set of warehouse environment telemetry system. The test proved that it basically has to meet the requirements of the general reserve warehouse, stable and reliable work, high accuracy (temperature measurement up to ± 0.2 ℃, relative humidity error of less than 4%).
