在当今日益激烈的市场竞争环境中,油品零售企业建立基于HSSE安全管理体系的加油站运营管理制度,对加油站运营管理方面实施优化方案,不仅是企业保证安全销售环境,获得理想经济效益的必要手段,也是提高自身管理水平,全面提升核心竞争力的重要途径。本文以加油站运营管理的现状和分析出发,找出存在的问题,针对加油站组织文化建设、加油站员工管理、加油站精准销售运营等一系列问题进行探究,提出相应的改进措施,实现加油站安全、高效的运营。
