人们对含有 Fe(OH)_2沉淀物的盐水中钛管的氢吸收与 Fe(OH)_2分解(斯契克反应(Schikorrreaction))有关一事作了调查。诸如对 Fe(OH)_2含量、温度、表面状况、与异种金属的结合、滚动膨胀以及与钯元素熔合等所有这些因素对氢吸收的影响进行了研究,所得结果如下:(1)商品性纯钛管,在含有0.01~1克分子 Fe(OH)_2沉淀的盐水中,当温度超过80~100℃时,其氢吸收比较明显。(2)由于与软钢结合和铁在钛表面上的污染以及滚动膨胀,从而加速了氢吸收。另一方面,由于
Hydrogen uptake by titanium tubes in brine containing Fe (OH) 2 precipitates was correlated with Fe (OH) 2 decomposition (Schicker reaction). The effects of all these factors, such as Fe (OH) 2 content, temperature, surface condition, bonding with dissimilar metals, rolling expansion and palladium bonding, on the hydrogen uptake were studied. The results obtained are as follows: (1) Titanium tubes, in a brine containing 0.01-1 mol. Fe (OH) 2 precipitates, show significant hydrogen absorption at temperatures in excess of 80-100 ° C. (2) Hydrogen absorption is accelerated due to the combination with mild steel and iron contamination on the titanium surface as well as rolling expansion. On the other hand, because
