中国通信学会第四届《通信学报》编委会第一次会议于1990年11月17日至19日在苏州召开,到会委员共29人,中国通信学会秘书长邓震垠同志参加了会议。 首先由邓震垠秘书长代表中国通信学会宣布了第四届《通信学报》编委会成员名单,并向到会委员颁发了聘书。会议根据编委会组织条例推选了十位同志为第四届编委会常务委员。 会议听取了第三届编委会主任委员周炯槃教授所作的第三届编委会工作总结报告并进行了讨论。与会代表一致认为,第三届编委会在四年任期内做了大量的工作,成绩是显著的。《通信学报》已能基本上反映出
The first meeting of the Editorial Board of the Fourth Journal of Communications of the China Communications Academy was held in Suzhou from November 17 to November 19, 1990 with a total of 29 members attending the meeting.
