高职校园文化和企业文化深度融合,是校企合作、产学结合的内在需求。结合长江工程职业技术学院的校企文化融合实践,从企业参与课程设置、引入企业竞争精神、坚持师资队伍建设“引进来”与“走出去”相结合、强化实训实践、创设职业文化环境等方面,提出了校企文化融合的若干具体途径。
The in-depth integration of higher vocational campus culture and corporate culture is the inherent demand of school-enterprise cooperation and industry-academy combination. Combined with the integration of school-enterprise culture of Changjiang Institute of Engineering Technology, this paper combines the practice of enterprise participation in curriculum establishment, introduction of competitive spirit of enterprises, insisting on the construction of teaching staff “bringing in ” and “going out ”, Vocational and cultural environment, put forward a number of specific ways of school-enterprise culture integration.
