7月10日,省人大常委会副主任、省人大财经委员会主任委员符兴同志主持召开了财经委员会2009年上半年经济形势分析会,听取省发改厅、省统计局、商务厅、财政厅、建设厅、农业厅、地税局、工信厅、旅游委、省国税局地税局等部门关于今年1～6月国民经济运行情况和产业发展情况的汇报,了解中央和省委扩大内需、振兴产业、加大公共投资政策措施的贯彻落实情况。部分省人大财经委员会专家咨询组成员,省人大常委会财经工作委员会负责同志,海口、三亚、琼海等市人大常委会及财经工委负责同志列席会议。与会同志对我省上半年经济运行进行分析,查找存在的问题,并对下半年我省经济运行态势进行了预测。本刊择要刊发会议情况的报告,敬请关注。
On July 10, Comrade Fu Xing, deputy director of the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee and chairman of the NPC Financial and Economic Committee, chaired an economic analysis meeting of the Financial Commission in the first half of 2009 and listened to the provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Bureau of Statistics, the Department of Commerce, the Department of Finance , Construction Department, Agricultural Department, Local Taxation Bureau, Office of Industry and Information Technology, Tourism Commission and Local Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation on the national economic operation and industrial development from January to June this year. They also learned about the expansion of domestic demand and rejuvenation of the Central Government and provincial Party committees. Industry, increase public investment policies and measures to implement the situation. Some provincial people’s Congress financial advisory committee members, the Provincial People’s Congress financial work committee responsible comrades, Haikou, Sanya, Qionghai City Standing Committee and Financial Commission responsible comrades attended the meeting. The participating comrades analyzed the economic operation of the province in the first half of the year, found out the existing problems, and predicted the economic operation of the province in the second half of the year.
