福建省是全国的主要蔗糖产区,每年有70～75万吨的甘蔗渣。为了开发原料资源,我们利用蔗渣袋栽毛木耳。经3年多的栽培实践,取得了显著效果,生物效率达160%。现将其栽培技术报道如下:一、栽培季节选择毛木耳是一种中偏高温性菌类,对温度的适应范围较广,菌丝生长适宜温度22～32℃,子实体生长的适宜温度18～30℃。毛木耳又是一种喜湿菌
