应用特殊组化染色对14例生前分别死于心肌梗死、电击、烧死、交通事故等损伤的法医尸检的心肌和骨骼肌,22例非暴力死因死后具有超生反应的尸检骨骼肌,及7只大鼠实验性缺血性心肌出现的收缩带进行了研究。着重观察了几种与诊断密切相关的收缩带的形态特点,结果发现收缩带有许多不同的形态,其中一些恒定地出现在某些病因,极具特征。本文探讨了不同收缩带出现的法医学特殊意义,认为收缩带的形态表现与组织类型和损伤性质相关。
A total of 14 cardiac and skeletal muscle samples from a forensic autopsy from 14 pre-existing deaths such as myocardial infarction, electric shock, burn-out and traffic accidents, 22 post-mortem skeletal muscles with non-violent causes of death after death, and 7 Only rat experimental ischemic myocardium contractile bands were studied. Focusing on the morphological features of several closely related systolic bands, we found that there are many different morphologies of systole, some of which are consistently present in certain etiologies and are highly characteristic. This paper explores the special significance of forensic science in different constrictive bands, and concludes that the morphological manifestations of contractile bands are related to the type of tissue and the nature of damage.
