引黄(黄河)济青(青岛)工程是山东省人民政府解决沿海工业城市——青岛工农业和人民生活用水的一项重大工程,也是我国继引滦(滦河)入津(天津)工程之后一项较长距离的大型引水工程。为了使这一项80年代的工程赋予80年代的技术水平,经山东省引黄济青工程指挥部同意,由我们将计算机辅助设计这一新技术用于引黄济青工程中的输水河交叉建筑物之一的小清河倒虹的技术施工设计上,其整个过程是在 IBM—PC/XT 微机上实现的。所作的结果可直接运用于施工。
