With the progress and development of society and economy and the changes of the financial environment, the foreign-funded group companies are facing a lot of risks. For the group company, building a scientific evaluation system of the risk of foreign financing has a very positive and significant meaning. This article will set out the multi-angle risk evaluation index from the risk that the group company faces to the foreign fund-raising, so as to form a complete foreign fund-raising risk evaluation system, thus help the group company to carry on the foreign fund-raising better and prevent the risk in the process of foreign fund-raising.
