脑卒中作为常见的慢性病之一,具有高死亡率、高复发率以及高致残率等特点,是严重影响人类生活质量及生命的疾病。探讨脑卒中患者在社区康复治疗是当前迫切需要解决的问题。通过社区康复治疗可以提高患者生存质量,改善患者的功能障碍,提高其生活自理能力。努力建立社区康复的长效机制,对患者能最大限度地回归社会具有重要意义。
As one of the common chronic diseases, stroke has the characteristics of high mortality rate, high recurrence rate and high morbidity. It is a disease that seriously affects the quality of human life and life. It is urgently necessary to explore the treatment of stroke patients in community rehabilitation.
