目的 评估外源性超抗原SEC对胶质瘤的体内杀伤效果。方法 建立人脑胶质瘤的动物模型和人外周血淋巴细胞 SCID小鼠免疫嵌合模型 ,观察SEC对胶质瘤的抑制作用及分离并计数肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞。结果 SEC对胶质瘤的生长有较强的抑制率 ,并能激活淋巴细胞产生大量的肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞。结论 作为一种免疫增强剂 ,SEC具有良好的抗瘤前景
Objective To evaluate the in vivo killing effect of exogenous superantigen SEC on glioma. Methods The animal model of human glioma and SCID mouse immunocompetent model of human peripheral blood lymphocytes were established to observe the inhibitory effect of SEC on glioma and to isolate and count tumor infiltrating lymphocytes. Results SEC has a strong inhibition rate on glioma growth, and can activate lymphocytes to produce a large number of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes. Conclusion As an immune enhancer, SEC has good anti-tumor prospects
