微机辅助小流域治理规划系统是在计算机软硬件的辅助下,将土地资源信息进行输入存储、查询和规划应用的技术系统。它的全部工作过程是采用计算机模拟人工经验规划,把土地适宜性评价。土地利用规划及其它治理规划联系一起自动完成的。该成果已在本区18条小流域推广。与常规方法相比,这种规划系统用工量和费用分别降低86%和70%,工效提高20倍以上,为县级小流域水土保持规划提供了一套科学、快速、精确和实用的技术方法。
Computer-aided small watershed management and planning system is a technical system that inputs, stores, inquires and plans land resource information with the aid of computer hardware and software. Its entire working process is the use of computer simulation of human experience planning, land suitability evaluation. Land use planning and other governance programs linked together automatically. This result has been popularized in 18 small watersheds in this area. Compared with the conventional method, this planning system reduces the amount of labor and cost by 86% and 70% respectively and the work efficiency by 20 times or more, providing a scientific, rapid, accurate and practical technical method for soil and water conservation planning of the county watershed .
