随着高等技术职业学院在近几年呈现出快速发展的趋势,兼职教师也逐渐成为高等职业院校师资力量的重要组成部分,在高等职业学校师资力量队伍建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。兼职教师队伍建设主要是通过聘请与专业对口的行业人才作为兼职教师,实现学生理论和实践相结合的人才培养模式。本文就高职院校兼职教师队伍建设的主要原因进行分析。
With the trend of rapid development of higher vocational and technical colleges in recent years, part-time teachers have gradually become an important part of teachers ’strength in higher vocational colleges.
