山东省委、省政府历来十分重视血液管理和无偿献血工作。1998年,《中华人民共和国献血法》颁布实施以来,在省委、省政府的正确领导和全社会的共同努力下,我省的无偿献血事业取得了长足发展。2000年,全省即实现了医疗临床用血全部来自无偿献血的目标。同年8月,省人大通过了《山东省实施<中华人民共和国献血法>办法》,为无偿献血
The Shandong provincial government has always attached great importance to blood management and blood donation. In 1998, since the promulgation and implementation of the “People’s Blood Donation Act of the People’s Republic of China”, under the correct leadership of the provincial party committee and the provincial government and the joint efforts of the whole society, the province’s unpaid blood donation has made great progress. In 2000, the province achieved the goal of medically used blood all from unpaid blood donation. In August of the same year, the Provincial People’s Congress passed the “Measures for the Implementation of the Blood Donation Law of the People’s Republic of China in Shandong Province” to donate blood for free.
