1983年5月至1984年2月,我们采用显微外科技术,进行了精索内静脉与腹壁下静脉吻合术治疗精索静脉曲张症,取得了满意的近期效果。手术方法在连续硬膜外麻醉下,取腹股沟部斜切口,暴露精索,分离出曲张之精索内静脉,予以高位结扎,并分出一支合适的分支备吻合用。牵开精索,于腹环内侧找到与腹壁下动脉伴行的静脉,分离出1.5～2.Ocm一段,远心端结扎,近心端与精索内静脉分支
From May 1983 to February 1984, we performed microsurgical techniques to treat varicocele with spermatic vein and inferior abdominal vein anastomosis and achieved satisfactory short-term results. Surgical methods under continuous epidural anesthesia, groin incision taken to expose the spermatic cord, isolated varicose spermatic vein, to be high ligation, and the separation of a suitable branch for anastomosis. Retract the spermatic cord and find the vein accompanying the inferior abdominal artery along the medial side of the abdominal ring, and separate a section of 1.5-2.0 cm. The distal end is ligated and the proximal end is connected with the branch of the spermatic vein
