Biology is a natural science based on experiment. Biological science studies the phenomenon of life and the law of life. The examination syllabus sets forth explicit requirements for experimental and inquiry skills, and experimental teaching can develop students’ practical ability and innovative awareness. However, from the biological college entrance examination propositions over the years, the experiment is often a bottleneck of the students ’answers and is the key to determining the level of the students’ scores.
