2006年中国的房地产业市场,仍然是需求很旺盛,房地产业正朝着预期的目标前进,预计今年会出现8%左右涨幅。以稳定住房价格为出发点的国八条,从出台到现在,已经有大半年多了,从今年前三个季度的房价上涨的情况来看,出现了增幅的逐月回落,其中二季度涨了12.1%,三季度涨了11.8%,现在的状况是正朝着预期的目标前进,可以说是运营良好,预计今年会出现8%左右。我预测,2006年中国的房地产业市场,仍然是需求很旺盛,在需求旺盛的过程中,如何保持房价的稳定上升,需要我们作出很多的努力。因为在我们仍然适度控制投资规模的同时,需求和供给如何保证平衡,这是2006年楼市的最大关注点。
