本文应用硫酰氟对船舶进行了以杀虫灭鼠为目的的缩短船舶熏蒸时间试验研究。实验室试验结果表明:硫酰氟使用剂量小,封闭时间短;硫酰氟对德国小蠊的半数致死浓度(LC_(50)值)与封闭时间呈直线负相关关系;实验动物小白鼠对硫酰氟的耐受性大于德国小蠊,而对溴化甲烷(CH_2 Br)的耐受性则相反是德国小蠊大于小白鼠。现场试验。选择 14艘中外船舶,平均用硫酰氟12.5g/m~3,封闭 5小时,熏蒸杀虫灭鼠效果均良好,由于疏酰氟的解吸快。散毒 1小时即可达到空气中允许浓度5 ppm以下;用硫酰氟熏蒸船舶进行杀虫灭鼠这项工作完全可以在 6~8小时之内完成;硫酰氟的沸点低为-55.2℃,因此可以在低温条件下熏蒸船舶而达到理想效果。熏蒸船舶实践表明:用硫酰氟比用溴化甲烷缩短熏蒸时间2~3倍,其经济效益和社会效益是显著的。
