五十年代我国锻造行业同整个机械工业一样,基本上是采用苏联的一套技术管理办法。后几经破、立,特别是经历了十年动乱,管理体制较为混乱。通过1978年的企业整顿,后又经学习日本的全面质量管理等,建立了技术工作秩序,锻件质量有了明显的提高。下面结合我厂的作法,阐述单件小批锻工生产如何进行技术管理和质量管理的问题。
In the 1950s, China’s forging industry, like the entire machinery industry, basically adopted a Soviet set of technical management methods. After a few breaks and lapses, especially after ten years of turmoil, the management system has become more chaotic. Through the reorganization of enterprises in 1978, after the study of Japan’s total quality management, etc., the technical work order was established, and the quality of forgings has been significantly improved. In the following, combined with the practices of our factory, we will elaborate on the issue of how to carry out technical management and quality management in the production of small batches of forged workers.
