改革开放以来我国市场中介组织发展历程经历了三个阶段。当前我国市场中介组织运行中仍存在着自我发展能力严重不足和中介组织失灵的问题。在经济转型期,我国市场中介组织市场化改革应采取的措施是:逐步规范政府行为;逐步建立市场惩戒机制;进一步完善市场中介组织的法律规范。
Since the reform and opening up, the development of China’s market intermediary organizations have gone through three stages. At present, there are still some problems in the operation of China’s market intermediary organizations, such as the serious lack of self-development capability and the failure of intermediary organizations. In the period of economic transition, the measures that market-oriented reform of the market intermediary organizations in our country should take are: gradually regulate the government’s behavior; gradually establish the market discipline mechanism; and further improve the legal norms of the market intermediary organizations.
