血透机温度控制系统具有明显的大时滞特性和非线性,传统PID方法难以实现有效快速的控制。本文以血透机温度控制系统为研究对象,提出将仿人智能PID控制方法应用于血透机温度控制系统,建立了温度控制系统传递函数模型,重点设计了仿人智能PID温度控制算法,并进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,仿人智能PID控制算法在血透机温度控制系统中具有较好的稳定性和鲁棒性,能较好地抑制大滞后、时变带来的影响,使血透机温度控制系统不会出现大的超调。
Hemodialysis machine temperature control system has obvious large delay characteristics and nonlinearity, the traditional PID method is difficult to achieve effective and rapid control. In this paper, the temperature control system of hemodialysis machine is taken as the research object. It is put forward that humanoid intelligent PID control method is applied to the temperature control system of hemodialysis machine, and the transfer function model of temperature control system is established. Have carried on the simulation verification. The simulation results show that the artificial intelligent PID control algorithm has good stability and robustness in the temperature control system of hemodialysis machine, can better restrain the impact caused by large lag and time-varying, make the temperature control of the hemodialysis machine The system does not appear large overshoot.
