一、马铃薯取代 N_6培养基全部成分,与蔗糖、2,4-D 相配合,作为简化第一培养基,诱导效果一般低于 N_6,但在适宜条件下,可以提高。薯液浓度在10—30%范围内均有效,以20—25%较好。四个供试马铃薯品种、三种储存条件以及发芽马铃薯均能诱导水稻花粉去分化,但在诱导效果上有一定差异。补加铁盐有良好作用。二、水稻乳熟期谷浆与 N_6大量元素、铁、蔗糖与2,4-D 相配合,取代了 N_6的四种微量元素和四种有机成分,可以作为简化第一培养基。在多数情况下,谷浆培养基的诱导率低于N_6,而分化率高于 N_6.在适宜条件下,谷浆诱导效果可以超过 N_6.谷浆浓度在0.5—7%的范围内均能诱导愈伤组织。其中以浓度2%的效果较好。粳稻与秈稻的不同品种的谷浆都有诱导作用,但效果大小有所差别。在乳熟期范围内,不论发育早期、中期或后期的谷浆效果相近。用人工研磨、组织捣碎器提取以及高压灭菌低温储存等方法制作的谷浆均可应用。三、水稻乳熟期谷浆与 N_6大量元素、铁与蔗糖相配合,取代 N_6的四种微量元素、四种有机物质与两种植物激素,可以作为简化第二培养基,分化率与 N_6大致相近或较高。谷浆浓度0.5%—4%范围内似乎浓度愈高,分化效果愈好,初步探索了谷浆品种的效果。
