1 病例介绍患者 ,女性 ,48岁。因头痛、咽痛、咳嗽 3天 ,自服阿莫西林胶囊 5 0 0 mg,半小时后出现全身搔痒、心悸、胸闷等不适遂来我部就诊。就诊时患者即出现明显胸闷、呼吸困难、面色苍白、口唇及四肢发绀等症状 ,血压为 8/ 4k Pa,继之四肢冰凉 ,血压下降。体检 :T36 .5℃ ,
