今年七月二十八日至八月一日,省水利学会在三原召开了“关中地区水利发展方向讨论会”。这是学会成立以来,首次召开的讨论水利宏观发展问题的学术会议,受到了全省水利界的广泛重视和关注。这次会议遵循“全面服务、转轨变型”的水利改革方向,主要讨论了关中地区水利近期的发展问题。会议认为,关中水利近期发展的方向是,巩固现有水利设施,稳步发展,综合利用,转轨变型,充分发挥经济效益,为国民经济的发展全面服务。并建议重点做好七件事:1、巩回现有水利设施,解决重点工程的病害、险工和排水问题,更新过期的,不安全的机
From July 28 to August 1 this year, the provincial Water Conservancy Society held a Symposium on the Direction of Water Conservancy Development in the Guanzhong Region in Mihara. This is the first academic conference to discuss the macroeconomic development of water conservancy since the founding of the institute and has received wide attention and attention from the water conservancy circles throughout the province.
