目的:优选运脾颗粒的最佳提取、浓缩与干燥工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以苍术素、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、浸膏率、复方挥发油为综合测评指标,选择加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数三个因素,考察对提取效果的影响;以浸膏流动性与干浸膏成品质量优选浓缩与干燥工艺。结果:运脾颗粒最佳提取工艺条件为加水浸泡1.5小时,水煎3次,依次为5h、1.5h、1h,每次加水量为药材的6倍,浓缩与干燥的最优条件为减压(0.06~0.08Mpa)70℃浓缩,80℃干燥。结论:运脾颗粒的提取、浓缩与干燥工艺稳定、可行,评价指标可靠、合理。
Objective: To optimize the extraction of Yunpi granules, concentration and drying process. Methods: Orthogonal design was used to study the effects of atractylodin, naringin, hesperidin, extract rate and compound volatile oil on the indexes of comprehensive evaluation. The factors of adding water, decocting time and decocting times were investigated. Effect; the extract liquidity and dry extract quality of the preferred concentration and drying process. Results: The optimum extraction conditions of Yunpi granule were immersed in water for 1.5 hours and decocted for 3 times, followed by 5h, 1.5h and 1h respectively, the amount of water added was 6 times of that of medicinal materials, and the optimal conditions of concentration and drying were decompression (0.06 ~ 0.08Mpa) concentrated at 70 ℃, dried at 80 ℃. Conclusion: The extraction, concentration and drying of Yunpi granule are stable and feasible, and the evaluation index is reliable and reasonable.
