目的探讨超声诊断胎儿腭裂畸形的价值.方法采用超声对18 360名孕20周以上妇女进行了检查.结果共发现腭裂畸形胎儿24例,漏诊2例,检出率92.3%.结论超声对Ⅲ度腭裂及深Ⅱ度腭裂有很高的诊断价值,而对软腭裂畸形(Ⅰ度裂和浅Ⅱ度裂)尚不能作出明确诊断.
