我市所辖某化工厂一台DEL2-10型锅炉,在煮炉后,未经打开人孔、手孔清洗,而继续运行,4天后发生鼓包,幸发现及时,紧急停炉,未造成更大的危害。该炉1986年12月制造,1987年安装投用,使用后压力低于0.8MPa,三班制运行,至锅炉鼓包发生时实际运行时间不足三年,经现场检查,鼓包位于锅筒前部直接见火区,变形区域,长轴670mm,短轴430mm,呈不规则形状,有两个外凸的峰值区,最大值为32mm。硬度和厚度对比测定:非变形区HB111,壁厚13.5mm,鼓包最大部位硬度HB93,壁厚11.6mm,硬度有所降低,壁厚实际减薄1.9mm。
