本文旨在考察国内外证券交易所经营与监管激励协调的实践,比较分析世界各国证券交易所协调经营与监管的模式,为我国证券交易所经营与监管激励协调的改革提供理论基础,明确我国证券交易所经营、监管目标协调决策的基本方向和管理策略。
The purpose of this paper is to examine the practices of coordination between the operation of domestic stock exchanges and regulatory incentives, and to compare and analyze the modes of coordinated operation and supervision of stock exchanges in various countries in the world. This provides a theoretical basis for the coordinated reform of the operation and supervision of China’s stock exchanges, The basic direction and management strategy of the coordination and decision-making of the operation and supervision of the exchange.
