目的:评价应用新型声学造影剂观察移植性兔 V X2 肿瘤血流灌注的情况。方法:经静脉注射 F X530 后,应用二维灰阶图像、彩色多普勒血流成像、彩色多普勒能量图以及瞬间反应成像等技术观察兔肝脏、肾脏以及肌肉内移植性 V X2 肿瘤的血流灌注情况。结果:造影后增强了肝脏、肾脏等组织器官的灰阶图像和肿瘤内小血管的彩色多普勒血流信号,提高了肿瘤的可视性,增加了肿瘤的检出率。结论:经静脉注射新型声学造影剂是观察肿瘤血流灌注的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the use of a new type of ultrasound contrast agent to observe the blood perfusion of transplanted rabbit V X2 tumors. METHODS: After intravenous injection of F X530, two-dimensional gray-scale images, color Doppler flow imaging, color Doppler energy imaging, and transient response imaging were used to observe rabbit liver, kidney, and intramuscularly transplanted V X2 tumors. Perfusion. RESULTS: After the contrast, the gray-scale images of the liver and kidney tissues and the color Doppler flow signals of the small blood vessels in the tumor were enhanced, which improved the visibility of the tumor and increased the detection rate of the tumor. Conclusion: Intravenous injection of a new type of contrast agent is an effective method to observe the blood perfusion of tumors.
