1临床资料:患儿女,4岁,因“发现全身瘀斑5天”入院入院时查体:查体:T37℃,P140次/min,R30次/min,Wt13Kg,一般情况欠佳,发育、营养尚可,神志清楚,精神欠佳,面色、口唇无发绀,全身皮肤可见散在瘀斑分布,硬币大小,部分高出皮面,压之不褪色,浅表淋巴结未触及,口腔黏膜无充血,舌尖可见出血点分布,咽无充血,咽后壁未见滤泡增生,双侧扁桃体无肿大,双肺呼吸音粗,未闻及干湿性罗音。心率140次/min,节律整齐,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及杂音,腹部查体及神经系统查体
