近年来随着厌氧培养技术的进步,厌氧菌在临床上的重要性越来越得到确认。甲硝唑(Metronidazolum)已被联合国世界卫生组织选定为治疗厌氧菌感染的首选药。由于厌氧菌好发部位是粘膜表面及靠近粘膜部位,口腔唾液中90％是厌氧菌。口腔粘膜疾病又均需要局部用药,一般外用剂型难适合口腔特点,口腔药膜是治疗口腔疾患较理想的制剂。为此,我们试制了复方甲硝唑口腔药膜。经临床试用,对细菌和病毒感染的口腔病变,治疗效果满意。现介绍如下:
