目的 探讨链球菌制剂SM对荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 将昆明种小鼠制成荷瘤模型 ,随机分为肿瘤治疗组和未治疗组 ,同时设健康对照 ,分别给予链球菌制剂SM或PBS治疗 ,从小鼠眼房静脉窦取血 ,采用红细胞酵母菌混合花环法 ,检测S180荷瘤小鼠红细胞C3b受体花环率 (RBC -C3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC -ICR)和直向肿瘤红细胞花环率 (RBC -TR)。结果 S180荷瘤小鼠红细胞RBC -C3bRR、RBC -ICR和RBC -TR分别为 5 .5 0± 1.6 8% ,19.38± 4 .6 5 %和 8.78± 3.82 %。经链球菌制剂SM治疗后 ,则分别为 10 .2 5± 2 .0 % ,12 .6 3± 3.79%和 14 .80± 5 .74 %。两者比较具有显著性差异。结论 链球菌制剂SM能明显提高S180荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of streptococcal SM on erythrocyte immune function in tumor-bearing mice. Methods Kunming mice were divided into two groups: tumor-treated group and untreated group. At the same time, healthy control mice were given either SM or PBS streptococcal preparations. Blood was collected from the ventricular sinus of mice, The mixed rosette method was used to detect the RBC C3bRR, RBC-ICR and RBC-TR of S180 tumor-bearing mice. Results The RBC-C3bRR, RBC-ICR and RBC-TR of S180 tumor-bearing mice were respectively 5.500 ± 1.68%, 19.38 ± 4.65% and 8.78 ± 3.82%. After treatment with streptococcal SM, it was 10.25 ± 2.0%, 12.63 ± 3.79% and 14.85 ± 5.74%, respectively. There is a significant difference between the two. Conclusion Streptococcus preparation SM can significantly improve the erythrocyte immune function in S180 tumor-bearing mice.
